What HogarStaff does not do

We would rather say this before you pay than after.

  • It does not file or pay your TSS contributions. HogarStaff does not connect to SUIR or the social security treasury: registration and monthly payment happen on their platforms, by you.
  • It does not compute net salary after statutory deductions. The calculators work on gross compensation under the Labour Code.
  • It is not a legal advice service. The calculators follow the cited articles, but a case with particulars needs a labour lawyer or the Ministry of Labour.
  • It does not recruit or vet staff. HogarStaff manages the people already working with you; it is not a job board.
