Scope of this policy

This policy covers hogarstaff.com, the informational website. The application at app.hogarstaff.com and the iOS and Android apps have their own in-product policy covering the staff data the app processes. They are separate documents because they cover different things.

What this site collects

Very little, by design. This site is static, with no sign-up forms, no user accounts and no database.

• We use no tracking or advertising cookies.
• The calculators run entirely in your browser. The salaries and dates you enter are never sent to a server: the calculation happens on your device and the data is gone when you close the tab.
• There are no contact forms. If you write to us it is by email, and your email provider's terms apply there.

The server delivering these pages records basic technical information for each request, as any web server does: IP address, date, page requested and browser. It is used to operate the site and detect abuse, not to profile visitors.

Some pages link to third-party sites such as tss.gob.do or the Ministry of Labour portal. We do not control those sites or their privacy practices.

Your rights

For any request concerning personal data — access, correction or deletion — write to our privacy team. If your request concerns data inside the application, say so, so we can locate it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Substantive changes will be announced on the site.
